Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 6PM.

If you contact us outside of these hours, please send us an email and we will respond to your email within 20 - 36 hours on weekdays.

SHIPPING

Your order will ship within 3-4 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. For Pre-order products, it will be shipped out when all products are stocked in our warehouse.
Right now, we use FedEx and UPS only. More shipping options will be available soon.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Please check more in our Return Policy on the bottom of the page.
